Delivery

When you have placed your order with Stones and Silver Wear we will receive your order by email.

Upon receipt of the purchase price of your order we will send the products through TNT post to you so that you have the items as soon as possible. Upon receipt of the payment are the products within 1 to 3 business days to your home within the Netherlands. If the product is not in stock, you will receive instant notification of us if it is going to last longer or that it no longer available. Orders placed on Friday will only be processed on Monday. This is because we do not receive payments over the weekend at the bank.

The above delivery time does not apply to the items that are not in stock and are specially ordered for you. For these items, you can specify the time that you can find in the product description. However, Stones and Silver Wear will not be held responsible if the indicated delivery time exceeded. It is your sole responsibility to order the items on time.

If you have done an order for which a delivery time applies you should also first to pay the outstanding amount forward. Once your order is shipped we will provide you notice by email.
When you do not pay within seven days, you will get a payment reminder. Three days after the date that the payment reminder is sent, your order will be cancelled. If for any reason you do not wish to have the order, please send an email!

Shipping General:

The jewelry will be shipped in a bubble envelope in hard covered jewelry box. If customer makes the choice yourself or your jewelry is sent with the letter mail, registered letter or package.

Parcel post €6.95

Certified mail €8.50

For shipping within Europe we use the following shipping costs:

Mailbox post €3.50

Certified mail €13.00

If your purchase search or damage hits during the regular mailbox post is this your responsibility!

Note: registered letter or package shipping cost you something more, but your jewelry are guaranteed.
